Canon EOS Rebel T1i Rebate

Hello my fellow photogs! Canon has announced a brand new $200 instant rebate for the Canon EOS Rebel T1i. In order to redeem the rebate you must purchase the Canon Rebel T1i kit (EF-S 18-55mm IS lens) and a Canon EF-S 55-250mm IS lens together at the same time between November 29, 2009 - January 16, 2010.

When ordering through Amazon make sure you add both the Rebel T1i camera kit and the 55-250mm IS Lens to your cart in order to receive the discount.

My Canon T1i Recommendations

The Rebel T1i is a true beginner's camera. While it has all of the advanced controls of an intermediate SLR, it allows its users to quickly and easily adapt to different shooting scenarios. I personally love the T1i and recommend it to all entry level photographers. The 18-55mm IS kit lens is an adequate performer allowing you to get fairly wide shots with good edge sharpness. The 55-250mm IS lens is great for moms and dads looking to get a closer shot of their kids playing outside sports. Both lenses are equipped with Image Stabilization and will help reduce camera shake in low light conditions.
